 The Palestinian Humanitarian Crisis is a crisis caused by the Palestinian-Israeli War. Palestinian civilians in Gaza have been cut off of electricity and water due to this war. The Palestinian economy is heavily relied on the assistance of other countries. Peace terms have been denied between Israel and Palestine which has caused more effects on the civilians such as unemployment since many Palestinians rely on Israeli work factories for jobs. An example of bare necessities that the Palestinians aren’t receiving is food. Since the economy is terrible due to war food consumption has fallen and malnutrition in children and adults have increased. As a result of the lack of food in the West Bank and Gaza, health standards decreased. This caused very poor sanitation for the civilians and humanitarian conditions to grow worse. The people of Palestine are in serious need of any person’s help as for many countries are turning away their help to these poor Palestinian Civilians because of the Israeli conflict and terrorist organizations. We can aid by holding food drives and collecting food to donate to refugees in Gaza.
