Nigeria Emergency
The Nigerian Emergency is caused by the Boko Haram insurgency displacing people near the Lake Chad Basin. The Boko Haram insurgency is a jihadist terrorist group that is active in northeastern Nigeria, Chad, Niger, and northeastern Cameroon. Almost 2.4 million people have been displaced so far! Some immoral things that the Boko Haram Insurgency has committed are violations of human rights, gender-based violence, forced recruitment, and suicide bombings.
